responsibilities

Daily operations:

• Supporting the buying team in daily administrative and operational tasks
• Maintenance of all data in our inventory management system

Order processing:

• Management of the order process from order to delivery
• Supplier management: Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships and negotiating with suppliers

Data analysis:

• Monitoring and analyzing sales figures to optimize the product range

Sample test:

• Review and approval of samples in collaboration with the design and production team

Requirements

• Education/Study: Completed commercial training or a degree in fashion, textile management or a related field
• Experience: 1-2 years Professional experience in purchasing or private label buying is a basic requirement
• Knowledge: Good understanding of fashion and trends, knowledge of supplier management and negotiation
• Skills: Analytical thinking, strong communication and negotiation skills, organizational talent, very good MS Office especially Excel knowledge, Business English is necessary
• Personality: Hands-on mentality, flexibility and structure characterize you, ability to work in a team and a high affinity for fashion

A Technical Quality & Product Development Manager Womenswear (m/f/d) is immediately sought for this team.

As Technical Quality & Product Development Manager Womenswear, you ensure a consistent fit across the entire LeGer collection and monitor and improve the quality of all products.

In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the product development team and providing technical advice to ensure that specifications and instructions are clear and precise. You will also be a key support to external suppliers.

responsibilities

• Establishment and further development of the internal quality management process
• Communication with suppliers and factories in case of problems before shipment and after the goods arrive at our warehouse
• Supervision of the customization process in all phases of style development from the first prototype to mass production
• Ensure that the schedule for fitting, approval and production is met
• Contacting our suppliers to provide technical solutions
• Creation and further development of supplier guidelines
• Effective follow-up of technical investigations
• Responsible for the process of care labeling and chemical testing
• Close cooperation with product developers, designers and buyers
• Supporting the purchasing team in integrating new suppliers

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of technical product development of women's outerwear, ideally in a management role
• ideally several years of experience in setting up and developing QC processes
• Accurate, trained and expert knowledge in fitting all categories of women's outerwear
• Good knowledge and understanding of garment construction, pattern making, fitting and sizing
• Good planning and organizational skills, adaptability to change and the ability to meet the needs of the company
• Confident demeanor and assertiveness when communicating technical requirements, both internally and externally
• Mature, calm, responsible and energetic attitude
• Flexible and practical
• Strong team player and experience in leading teams

As a Fitting model, you will work together with our designer, buyer & product developer and play an important role by giving feedback on the fit, movement & feel of the garment.

Responsibilities

• Trying on garments with the team (no photo shoots or catwalk)

• Give feedback about the comfort & fit of the garments

Requirements

• You live in Berlin & you are flexible in time

• You are female & wear size 38 with the following measurements:

• Height: 168 cm (+4cm)

• Bust: 88 (+/ -2cm)

• Waist: 72 (+/ -2cm)

• Hip: 98 (+/ -2cm)
